The fabric is a thin “crepe” polyester and the “ribbon” details are NOT RIBBON, but printed fabric. There is a “weird” pointed attached hood that I don't remember seeing in the advertisement. It doesn't stretch at all. The size 4X is too small for my size 48C / 260 lb body. The dress was stuffed haphazardly halfway into a plastic bag with half of the dress hanging out of the bag…like someone had taken the dress out of the bag to see what it was and stuffed the dress hurriedly back in the bag. It isn't worth the effort to return so the dress is being donated to the local charity thrift shop.
