fairlife Lactose Free Ultra Filtered Whole Milk, 52 fl oz

I use this in recipes (pudding, breads, sauces, oatmeal, grits, etc) for my lactose intolerant grandmother for a little extra protein. It tastes just like any good quality whole milk. It lasts longer in the fridge than traditional milk, in my experience. I was purchasing this for myself before I started cooking for my grandmother. Traditional "nutritional shakes" for the elderly are usually comparable in protein per cup, so if you add your own protein powder to it, it's even better as long as they are getting their essential vitamins elsewhere.

I never write reviews but i had too because i love this milk. I have had such a struggle finding alternative dairy products that 1. taste good %26 2. I can bake with. Chemically this milk does what it is supposed to when baking so your cakes dont turn out flat and your roux actually thickens. Makes my pot pie turn out thick and creamy. Also I like an occasional glass of milk (dont judge me lol). It is so refreshing after cookies. Couldnt recommend this brand more. Its the only kind I'll buy.
