The shipping was very fast. Only took a few days to receive it. It took a little while to put it together but it wasn't hard . Easier with 2 people. I like the feeling of floating in air and you don't have to worry about flipping over like a regular hammock. It's very comfortable I was a little concerned about the rope holding the pad on the frame but it seems to be very strong and the rope hasn't loosened at all. But I will say it takes a little time to get the hang of getting on and off. I'm extremely happy with it. I read a review that said it rusts. I keep mine on out front porch which has a covered roof. But I plan on storing it in our garage for the winter ter

This package was delivered on time and all the parts were very well wrapped to prevent damage. My son assembled it for me and it didn't take him very long. If you're a petite female doing this by yourself, you might need help holding up some of the larger pieces. The cushion is a nice burnt orange color and is is soft enough for me. It looks great on my patio and is always a conversation piece because of the modern styling. The legs of the frame have plastic on the underneath and you can gently tug on the swing to move it to different locations. The swinging motion can be controlled from slightly vigorous to a gentle bobbing to a barely imperceptible motion that'll relax you and put you to sleep. I spend a lot of time on it looking at shooting stars. Since I've recently bought this, I can't speak for long term durability. I intend to spray it with rust proof paint to seal in the finish.
