Not all that bad and by looking at the ingredients label this food item is a pretty clean and healthy food to consume.. Not all healthy choice meals are healthy - some have unwanted compounds in them so definitely do your research before buying a frozen healthy meal.. Just because it says it's healthy doesn't make it healthy... This frozen meal overall is a win, win..!

Healthy Choice Simply Steamers Chicken Fried Rice, let's me have a tasty meal without getting out pots and pans and cooking up a storm at night when I'm tired. I don't like washing pots and pans or having extra dishes to do. Just heat and eat. My husband likes to have beef and I like chicken. With Healthy Choice Steamers, we each have what we want with no mess to clean up afterward. You can always add a salad on the side or another vegetable. Either way, it helps me watch my calories and I'm eating healthy.

Tasty Protein and Low Calories

It's a nice combination of vegetables with small pieces of white chicken. The "rice" is cauliflower diced up small; I find that healthy with less fat. The vinaigrette flavoring is fine for me -- what I would rate mild but tasty. It microwaves nicely without any mess. The portion is quite ample for my needs.
