Like "clothes line dried"

Growing up, my mother hung our sheets outside to dry. These sheets come so close to reproducing the sensation that we kids felt in the outdoor dried sheets. They are stiff to the point where you can feel them wrapped around your body, unlike flimsy sheets that you can hardly tell are there. They are also warmer. This is our second set and as far as the color, white is white. The corner pockets keep the sheets in place.

I purchased the white color and these are the best sheets I've ever owned. I'm not sure if other colors will feel the same, but the white set feels like high thread count sheets. The corner pockets fit well on my queen 16” pillow top mattress. I will buy additional sets.

Good quality percale: all cotton, from India. Percale is never soft and clingy by design. It is made for hot weather and the unique weave prevents it from settling closely around the sleeper.
