Nice Shaker

I started working out again recently and found this for my protein and creatine mixes. Solid material and keeps whatever drink I make cold.

The best mixer

This is awesome! I bought two of them. If you don't need a blender to dice fruit or veggies, this is the way to mix your protein shake. Bulletproof, as long as I don't lose this thing, it's an endgame purchase. I start my mornings with 22 ounces of water in this , a pinch of apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, raw honey, black pepper, shake it and my day is off to a great start. I call it rocket water .
