I ordered this for my daughter who doe not sleep well and is up a few times almost every night. I have taken magnesium tablets for 30 years and I sleep soundly through the night. I was so elated to find the magnesium gummies as she is not fond of tablets! She just started taken them for a few weeks but I remember that I took them longer than that before I noticed an improvement so give it time! There are many other advantages to taking magnesium-blood pressure, blood sugar control, anxiety etc.
