This cooler is not only so adorable but it is very practical as well. Perfect for our family beach vacation. Long hot days out at the ocean were no match for this cooler and how it was able to keep our items cold! Definitely recommend this product for sure.

Zipper

Very disappointed with RTIC's “Ultra-Tough Soft Cooler. ” The zippers broke on two different coolers with normal use. I called for replacement zippers, but they wouldn't send them or offer a repair. Calling these “Ultra-Tough” is pretty disappointing when the zippers fail and they won't provide replacement parts. I won't buy another RTIC cooler.

Great cooler BUT...

Great cooler BUT that zipper and the zipper flap not so good. I use this cooler daily for work and play. My Wife bought the cooler for me because of the long days and needing space for a good amount of food. Within about 2 months of daily use the zipper and flap started to not work well or even well together. The Flap has started to tear and the side where the zipper would make the lid sealed now has a gap of about 2 inches because of the zipper and flap fighting. Great cooler keeps this cold but would do a much better job if the zipper and flap issue could be fixed. Frustrating fight each time I want to get inside the cooler.
