To capitalize on the power of creatine, you first need to saturate your muscle cells with creatine. Taking about 3g to 5g of creatine per day should get you to your saturation point within 30 days. Alternatively, you can fast-forward the process in 5 days. During the loading phase, you supplement with 5g of creatine, 3 to 4 times a day, for 5 days in a row. Once you’ve reached your saturation point, you proceed to the maintenance phase, where you keep up your creatine levels with your regular 5g dose of creatine daily.

Directions: Mix 1 serving (5g) with water, fruit juice or your favorite pre-or post-workout drink. Six Star® researchers recommend loading for the first 3 days. To load for 3 days, take 2 servings twice a day. On days of your workout, take 2 servings before your workout and 2 servings after your workout. On days that you don't work out, take at any other time of the day. After the first 3 days of loading, take 1 serving twice a day. As with all creatine products, maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. How to Take 100% Creatine:. Stir or Shake. I am new to Creatine - my 2nd container and so far all good - however for favor I must admit my 1st lot was fruit punch and yes tastes as advertised, a punch like taste when mixed as I do with Six Star Protein power it added more taste BUT I like the plain better as I mix my blend as I want each morning. Works for me as I can't say I actually measure results, but I know my overall health is better at age 72 since I started my regiment of protein shakes, so adding in creatine for me was to speed up healing of muscles as I do exercise each day and my body does ache but my muscle soreness is gone.
