I've been looking for bras that can be used for sleeping and on into the day under T-shirt. These are perfect. I had to buy about 3 sizes up to get a fit that wasn't too tight. I suggest going up a size if you don't want anything tight or constricting. I bought 2 weeks worth so I can put a clean one on each day.
