Ok so the dresser is super cute. Love the look! Drawer are a little small (dimensions were listed I just didn’t pay attention). I paid to have it assembled through the angi Walmart service. Took the guy like an hour and a half. Feels pretty solid for todays standards. What I want to talk most about is the customer service. When my dresser arrived there were three pretty minor scratches/puncture marks in the top from the delivery service. I reached out to them hoping to get a few dollars back. They were more than happy to find a compromise from the first email I sent. All were sent with genuine care and interest in resolving the issue and not with questioning or arguing. After I sent them picture of the dresser top they immediately went to work, offering a few different solutions for me to choose from. I would HIGHLY recommend pitching from them for that reason alone. We’re talking Costco level customer service. SO HAPPY.

I purchased two of these chest-of-drawers. They arrived early. These had great packaging...definitely for shipping. I found no broken pieces. All panels and pieces had a small round numbered sticker that was easy to remove as I assembled. The assembly plans were clear and accurate (no wording, just a picture of how to assemble). By myself, I spent two hours on each chest. An electric screwdriver is a must for saving time (not a screw gun, as it has too much speed and torque). All the drawer slid easily into place, and the chests look very nice. Every predrilled pilot hole and cutout were aligned perfectly. This was a great buy.
