Delivered to the Wrong House

I specifically wrote in my delivery instructions not to deliver to my Neigbhor's house. Not only was my patio set delivered earlier than expected (not usually an issue) but it was left in the middle of her patio gate. It was a heavy package that she could not move. I contacted the seller to try and get a hold of the carrier that delivered it. They did not call me back when I left a voicemail. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I know this is a carrier problem but the sellers were non responsive and did nothing to help me. I had to take matters into my own hands and luckily found a way to move the package without driving 2 hours to do so. My Neigbhor is now happy she'll be able to walk into her home without a large package blocking her door.
