I am 78 and had a drastic weight loss went from a size 8 down to a size 4 and totally lost my booty. It is sliding down the back of my leg. These really make you look great in pants. Granted they look the best in jeans because of the heavier fabric. I don't think you could wear it under light colors or thin fabric.

I am a size 2 and ordered a s/m and very pleased. they do not shift around and the pads are removable.. will order from this company again...
