Mainstays 6 Piece Non-Stick Carbon Steel Bakeware Set with Cake, Muffin, Cookie and Loaf Pans, Gray

I just love this Mainstays Nonstick Bakeware set! The set has 6 pieces: one 8 inch x 8 inch square bake pan; one 13 inch x 9 inch cake pan; one 13.2 inch x 9.2 inch cookie sheet; one 10.5 inch x 7.12 inch 6 cup muffin pan, and two 8.46 inch x 4.44 inch loaf pans. The different size bake pans are just perfect for all kinds of baking! I started with chocolate chip cookies, which are my grandchildren's favorite. The cookies came out just the way we like them, slightly crisp, and did not stick to the pan. I also made blueberry muffins which are my favorite! Since some days, it's just my husband and I for dinner, I make a small meatloaf in the loaf pans. I also like to use ready-made dough for fresh bread loaves. The larger 13-inch pan cooks delicious lasagna, with no sticking! Using the smaller 8-inch pan, I made roasted red potatoes. All were so yummy! I can't wait to try other recipes! The pans performed as promised with foods easily released. I especially love the nonstick finish, and were very easy to clean with mild dishwashing detergent. Be sure not to use any metal or scrubbers that can scratch the finish. Although these bake pans are dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended. With the smaller sized pans, I do not have to use my full-size oven. They fit very nicely in my convection oven, and recipes are cooked to perfection! I havent gotten to use all of these yet. They are light enough that I can handle them with batters and doughs, yet sturdy enough to hold their shape. And they are slippery! With bare hands, nit with pot holders. All the edges have a little lip or indentation of sorts. I have artheritis, and they are very helpful for my gripping them. I used the baking sheet when I made my cauli-pops. I forgot to use my silicone mats, and there was scraping of my old sheets, but this one cleaned like a dream
