Delivery was very quickly and before original date stated. I researched massage chairs for over 1 year before ordering this chair. In the beginning I was curious to why some chairs were costing from $700 to $8,000 and the difference where I wanted the best value.... evaluating the $ cost compared to the quality of the massage performance of the chair. I am very happy with my decision in purchasing this chair. This chair was the correct choice in my opinion. It was priced in the middle of the price scale at around $2000 but gave the massage of the $6000 massage chairs in which I went and tested at some local places that sold massage chairs. Whereby, this was the right choice for me. I have had this chair for only 3 weeks but I am impressed and overwhelmed by its excellent performance. Furthermore, I have had several friends say it gave the best massage they ever experienced. Lastly, I have 3 friends whom are massage therapists and they were amazed by the chair's performance.... they were all impressed. I would recommend this chair to anyone wanting a great massage chair for a reasonable price.... spend the extra $1000 dollars above the less expensive chairs and save several thousand on the much more expensive chairs. The quality is worth the extra money and the performance equals the more expensive chairs. The more expensive chairs don't provide a better quality massage... only more bells and whistles... and the less expensive chairs don't provide the quality nor performance of this chair. A great buy!
