Love it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
So happy with this purchase!! It's the best addition to my inflammatory arthritis treatment. My daughter (physical therapist) and husband (firefighter) love it just as much. We prefer deep tissue massages and this chair doesn't disappoint. The chair gets used multiple times daily, we all look forward to it. In our home it's not uncommon to hear, “I call the massage chair!” There is no (partial) assembly required like some of the other chairs I researched. Just plug it in and it's ready to go. Dependable customer service too! I highly recommend this chair. :)

I bought “This Particular” chair because of the photo showing the SPA. I must say I have no regrets. It is beautiful I use it morning , noon and night. Love it. I am 5'5” and my husband is 6'3” accomadates us each. The leg extender is automatic just push down. Heat is awesome. It doesn't even need to be assembled, unwrapped and ready to use. Perfect!!

The chair was in one piece and all we had to do was plug it in! The rollers are just perfect. Not to hard and not to soft. I actually fell asleep during the 30 minute treatment. I highly recommend this chair for it's effectiveness and it's sleak look!
