White spots shirt not flat when color was printed

The color on this shirt is printed. There are several spots where the shirt wasn't layed flat when printed. So you end up with white spots in random parts of the shirt where the fabric overlapped when printed and wasn't able to get the color. Most these spots are on the sleeve and under the sleeve.
