Novogratz Tallulah 83" Memory Foam Futon Sofa Bed, Light Green Velvet

For the price, this is the best futon I have ever bought. It comes without the legs or arms attached so there is some assembly however it was really easy and they send the needed tools. Its decently comfortable both as a couch or a futon. I love the golden yellow color!

My fiancé and I LOVE our new couch! For a boxed furniture item it’s a very good quality. I looked at approx 40 retailers online and offline and this was the best I could find in this price range. This is a boxed furniture item which means this isn’t the same kind of high end furniture your going to get at a furniture store, you aren’t going to find that type of furniture for sale on any site that has to ship it. A fully assembled couch of that caliber would cost more than the price of this just to ship it so if your just going to whine and moan that this wasn’t the same as the $1,200 couch at your local furniture store then please just shop there instead. The style is awesome and fits perfectly with our new retro decor style. The velvet is nice and although it isn’t necessarily stain proof it does repel light stains and has allowed us to quickly and completely white away BBQ sauce without any sign it was there. The back folds down in two sections so if my fiancé wants to lay down but I don’t he can easily recline his half while mine stays upright. The back also folds down halfway for a reclined position but it’s just not that comfortable since the back is kinda short. The comfort level is about 6.5 out of 10. It’s not rock hard but it’s a little stiff although the memory foam filling does provide an adequate amount of cushion. It’s more comfortable to sleep on but we use it more for a couch than a bed. The back is a little short but the length is larger than our old 3 seater oversized couch so you could easily seat 3-4 people on it. Since we ordered it around Christmas there was a delay in shipping (no retailer has control over the shipping companies, shipping times or how they treat your packages so PLEASE stop leaving negative reviews because of something a totally different company did, it makes no sense and only hurts the private sellers trying to make a living!) but we got it here safe and sound. Setup was SUPER easy and took like 30 min to put together. You pretty much just have to screw on the legs and armrests. The armrests came inside zipper compartments on the bottom which can double for a very cool storage place for other items once you set it up. I definitely recommend this for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of cash but still wants a very stylish and cool couch!
