Mainstays 9 Cube Storage Organizer, Black

This unit is the most sturdy I have put together in many years. I have recently moved and have put together many, many items like this recently. It is really sturdy and looks great. It uses actual screws and nails. The directions were easy to understand and follow. This was a great purchase!

I'm using this in my closet for storing clothes, so each shelf is not subject to a lot of weight. Directly after assembly, the product was very sturdy, and with my specific use, continues to be. There is no wobble, no weakness, no shaking or movement as I take things out of the shelves or put them back in. I've seen the pictures users have uploaded, where the shelf system is being used with kids to put backpacks etc in. Backpacks can be heavy and kids are not gentle, I can see how the shelf system wouldn't hold up to that kind of wear and tear. But for use similar to mine, it was excellent. Installation was easy, took about 30 min.
