I love that I don't have to have onions going bad on me anymore. I'm not a huge fan of onions, but I do like a small amount for flavor, so this works out perfect for me. I have been doing this with garlic for years, why not onions?! Love this product!

Game changer!

Great to use in all your recipes. Awesome in eggs or hash. The convenience factor had a lot to do with this purchase. Sometimes I need an onion and what I have is NOT ok or I end up not having one and I forgot to buy any. I absolutely LOVE having this in the cupboard (or fridge if I've had to use already)

Fast shortcut for recipes!

What's the fastest way to cut up an onion for recipe? You don't you buy it pre-done in a jar. Speeds up recipes plus your hands don't stink like an onion.
