its a great product. Little expensive but that should be ok since its coming with back massager as a functionality . its approx. 5 days or so that I have used this product but as of now, no issues. little messy to assemble but once done, its great. missing is only circular motion locking functionality, since it is sold and marketed as office chair, it should have circular motion locking functionality so that it can be locked and user can focus on work.

Love the chair! Normally don't write reviews but it's really nice. The main parts I like are its really comfortable to sit on and it has padding on the arms. The vibrator on the back is positioned on the lower back but you can feel the vibration on the upper back and arms. Good buy!
