I ordered this product because I have ordered it before and love it. I use it to sweeten my coffee and tea. When I bake, I try to substitute Truvia for sugar. You can get a ratio chart online, which is very helpful. This product, as indicated on the packaging, is from the leaf of the sugar plant (stevia). It’s not artificial and is a perfect substitute with no added calories and especially good for diabetics.
