The taste is surprisingly close to a traditional flour tortilla, without that weird chalky texture you get with a lot of other keto-certified products. I definitely do not prefer these to your typical flour tortilla, but in exchange for the health benefits, they're totally worth it. One tortilla is almost half of your daily recommended fiber! They don't taste super strong of anything, really, maybe a little chewy in texture, but not overly so. I think they're a totally inoffensive way to get more fiber in your day.
