I like to use Zero Net Carb Tortillas instead of bread. I pile just about anything on them to make on the go wraps just about every day of the week. I also sprinkle low fat or reduced fat, shredded cheese on them and stick them in the microwave for the cheese to melt. (about 2 min) that makes a hot meal for me with a cup of soup.
