OFM Inc Mid-Back Executive Chair

I just put the chair together 6 days ago, all is great now will follow up after 6 mo. of use. Well built, east to put together and looks great.

Received this beautiful looking chair the other day. Sadly, the package arrived with more wear and tear than I would have liked to see (generally a bad omen). One corner looked like it had suffered a very HEAVY ding. It was also delivered on its side, NOT with the upright arrows pointing up. Still, the contents appeared secure and undamaged, and each piece was individually wrapped. Upon inspection we did find minor scuffs and a couple nicks on one side of the seat back. Those were clearly NOT related to the ding. Disappointing? Yes. But probably not serious enough to return for those imperfections alone. That said, I cannot live with a chair that is lopsided - right side is about 1/2" lower than the left. Otherwise it looked and felt really great. It truly is a sharp, stylish, clean looking piece of furniture (aside from it leaning). And it does have a substantial feel to it - no creaks or groans or squeaks, nice smooth operation, nice tight even stitching. Very nice (except for the lean). And comfortable. I tried loosening everything (even though I had initially assembled the thing loosely in the first place, per the instructions), and then carefully re tightened each bolt/screw a little bit at a time - to see if things might somehow be drawn into proper alignment. That would not be the case. Something is deformed with this chair. Maybe that HEAVY ding? Regrettably, back to Walmart it went. A trouble-free return, other than the hassle of taking it apart and packing it up. 3-stars because: 1.) Aside from the intolerable lean, and, 2.) The minor cosmetic damage, it appears to be a fine chair.
