Sizing is NOT USA accurate

I received the item with great excitement, but the sizing is WAY off. It is labeled 2XL but it is more like a medium. No where in the item description does it say anything about the sizing not being USA correct. I got a response about it being a custom made item and it cannot be returned unless damaged or defey.ctive. It IS defective. Still waiting on a response to my second inquiry
