Cooler is well constructed. the pullout handle makes for a very easy transport mechanism. Only complaint is the front closures are made of plastic while the rear hinges are metal.

My go to cooler

I have had this cooler for 10 years. It has traveled with me over 1000 miles, has been with me to many parties and events, has been on the beach and in the mountains. I have replaced a few parts that igloo has provided some at cost and some under warranty. This is a tank!! I have used many other cooler brands, but igloo has outperformed them all!
