Excellent value, buy easy to grip and hold.. I have arthritis in both hands and had set aside my crocheting. Was so happy and surprised when I picked these up and was able to crochet for hours, no issues, no cramping or pain in fingers. No swelling. The yarn moves smoothly over the hook but I still have control of the yar's movement as the hook end-curve is just right so the yarn doesn't slip off. Any hook less then 6- inches long is too short for me to use the "knife" hold is uncomfortable, but works great for the "pencil" hold. The hook isn't heavy as with silicone-like material, and my hand doesn't sweat or chaff.
