I only hate that, ordering online, I expected new -- that is, factory sealed, not a floor model handled by others and potentially contaminated with flu, corona, or other human pathogens that cannot be seen nor properly cleaned away. This is a problem with Walmart not being open about the condition of its online offers, not a problem with the suitcase manufacturer.

Great Quality

Haven't had a chance to use it yet. However the outside is sturdy and not flimsy. The design is eye catching and different from others. Excited to use it!!
