The product arrived quickly and in good condition. Assembly of the product was fairly easy. The only issue we ran into was that we were missing two of the bolts, but we were able to make do with what we had. Otherwise, the bed is cute and seems to be fairly sturdy. It is very roomy and good if you have 2 children that are going to be sharing a room. Overall, I would highly recommend. We have not had it very long, but it seems like it is going to be a good product.
