Key item features

  • Material: Made of soft, mid-weight 100% polyester velvet fabric, this capelet offers a plush, warm feel with a luxurious sheen. The synthetic material provides gentle drape and structure, keeping you cozy while maintaining breathability for all-day comfort during formal events.
  • Features: Showcases a classic stand collar fastened with an elegant decorative brooch for a secure and stylish closure. The hemline is adorned with intricate lace trim that adds a delicate vintage touch to the silhouette. The short, flowing cut covers the shoulders and arms gracefully without restricting movement or adding bulk.
  • Occasions: Ideally suited for weddings, evening galas, proms, or holiday parties where a touch of elegance is required. Its versatile design also makes it perfect for pairing with cheongsams or cocktail dresses during autumn and winter events, or as a costume piece for Victorian-themed gatherings and cosplay.
  • Match: Pair this capelet with a long evening gown or a fitted dress to enhance the vintage aesthetic, or wear it over a simple slip dress for a romantic bridal look. It also layers beautifully over high-necked blouses and skirts for a sophisticated daytime outfit that transitions seamlessly into evening wear.
  • Care Instructions: Hand wash cold or machine wash on gentle cycle with like colors to preserve the velvet texture and lace details. Lay flat to dry to maintain the shape and prevent stretching. Avoid direct heat or ironing on the velvet surface; if needed, use a steamer on low setting to remove wrinkles without damaging the fabric.
