I needed a well built ice chest that would stand up to the rigors of fishing without costing hundreds of dollars. When this one arrived the first thing I noticed was, it's heavy. As I continued to check it out I saw that it's heavy for a reason. Everything from the lid and latches down to the drain plug seems to be built to stand up to it's "Lifetime" name. All this for less than half the price of similar, mostly smaller, ice chests.

I've been through so many ice chests trying to find one that holds ice longer that a day (24 hour period). This bad boy kept my ice for 3 days with barely any melting. The handles made it so much easier for 2 people to lift up %26 out of my truck bed. 10/10 gonna buy another. It's completely insulated %26 way more affordable than a yeti or other name brand.
