I was on the search for a good quality pan and was not sure if I wanted to go with the stainless steel or ceramic pan. I ordered these based on the review and was hopeful, but not expecting too much. I ordered these based on the reviews and was hopeful, but not expecting too much. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent quality and weight of the pans. Food didn't stick and they clean easy by hand or in the dishwasher. I have used metal utensils on them without scratching them. They heat evenly. I can't believe the high quality for the low price. I definitely recommend them. My only wish is that the set would've included a smaller sauce pan.
