My son who tends to sleep hot, has been loving his new cooling sheets. We live in California where even ‘cool’ nights can be quite warm. These sheets have made a noticeable difference in his comfort. He says they help regulate his temperature throughout the night. No more waking up sweaty. The fabric is soft and comfortable not at all stiff or scratchy like so,e cooling fabrics can be. They hold up well with bi weekly washing too which is a plus. I high;y recommend giving these sheets a try. They have been a game changer for my son’s sleep and he likes that they come in the grey color he was wanting too.
