DDR3 4GB Desktop RAM Memory Module PC3-12800 1600MHz 1.5V 240Pin DIMM, Non-ECC Unbuffered Computer Motherboard Memory

When I installed these four (4) DDR3 memory modules in my Intel-based desktop computer, my computer FAILED the Power On Self Test (POST) because it could NOT read these DDR3 memory modules! I don't know why my computer could NOT read these DDR3 memory modules. I did however notice something ODD about these DDR%23 memory modules and that was that the part number on each of these DDR3 memory modules started with the letters "AMD-". Is it possible that these DDR3 memory modules were designed to ONLY work in AMD-based computers and that is why my Intel-based computer could NOT read them?
