I received my Jetson e-bike a few days ago and I'm super happy with it! The bike came with professional and protective packaging and all parts were in tact. Assembly was simple and it took me under 30 minutes to assemble my bike. (Note that I assembled the bike myself and it didn't require multiple people). Assembly directions were provided and that made the assembly process easy. There were also helpful tips about caring for your bike provided in the instructions as well, so that was nice. Once everything was assembled, I took my bike out for a ride in the neighborhood and it was so fun!
