Really enjoying this unit. It goes through approx. 1 gallon of distilled water every other day. It is easy to use %26 I like the remote control which not only has a timer function, but a sanitizer mode. I run this %26 tower fan, %26 my electric bill was not overly rated. I can tell the difference in my home especially, when we received no rain until June. I plan to use this in winter and the de-humidifier in summer...a 2nd unit I ordered last summer. The only negative is that there is a wired temperature sensor attached by a magnet that is located at the bottom of the tank. It is very easy to pull off when you lift the lid too high. It is also very hard to hold the top %26 pour in water as you can only lift the lid so-high. I see why the temperature wire is only so long, but a little more inches would help.
