The color is just like in the picture. I bought this one to use it on my down comforter. I like that this Duvet Cover has 4 corners with strings. My down comforter has 4 rings on each corner so you can tie the strings to the rings. That way, the down comforter inside the cover won't slide. I washed them as soon as it arrived. After that, I checked to make sure if there is any loose string or flaw in sewing. They were all intact. I feel it can last for awhile. Fabric-wise, it is very soft and comfortable. I usually sleep topless so i am picky on the softness. After using it everyday, I didn't feel any scratch or rash.

Totally a wonderful duvet ,love the beautiful patterns it fits perfect on my queen bed. At first I was a bit sad when it arrived it only had one pillowcase,after calling Walmart the issue was resolved. Thank you Walmart
