Comfortable, but the insoles bunch up

These flats are cute and comfortable, but the insoles bunch up when I wear them instead of staying flat and in place. I also noticed some stitching underneath that looks like it may be coming loose. I really like the style, but these issues leave me concerned about how well they'll hold up.
