Everything to install was included. Watched a couple of videos, eased my trepidation. Finger tight is key, don't over tighten. Zero leaks! I'm a woman in my 70's, had no problems. The button layout is perfect, can reach and push what's needed. Told my dad about it; he ordered the same one the very next day. It helps immensely with some of those not so pleasant senior moments. My only regret is not buying it sooner, love it!

I bought this bidet as a test to see if we would even use one. Let me tell you, we will never go back to just using TP! I wasn't sure if having a "cold water rush" would be tolerable. It has not been a problem. Easy to install and we have had zero leaks or other issues. Highly recommend.
