Wow! Was I pleased and pleasantly surprised when I opened the white envelope with MEN'S SUSPENDERS emblazoned across the front. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the straps, which are constructed of wide, black, elasticized fabric. They are joined together in the back with a pentagonally-shaped PU leatherpiece, stitched so well that there is little chance of them separating and leaving my pants around my ankles! I then saw the buckles that join the suspenders to the belt loops. They are a high-grade plastic with self-closing latches, much like the carabiners which rock climbers use to secure their ropes. No longer will I fight with snapping snaps or buttoning buttons to attach them to my pants. These buckles ensure an easy-on easy-off and secure way of fastening the suspenders to my pants. Finally, I put them on, and I was pleased to discover that they are very-easily adjusted to my correct length. This pair of suspenders, stylish, simple and well-made, will not be hiding in my drawer like two other (broken) pairs I own. No, these I will proudly wear out and about around town. I am so very happy to see WalMart's Fashion Boutique making quality men's accessories.
