Comfortable but inaccurate color descriptions

Color description is completely false. I ordered brown and the chairs I received are more cognac/orange. Have yet to have this issue resolved. Also received a chair missing holes to be able to screw the legs on. Communication with this vendor has been terrible and drawn out, with no solution still. Only giving it two stars because the chairs are comfortable.
