Keeps phone close

This is the second one of these I've purchased. I love them because I can put my cell phone and other small items I want to keep close at hand. I haven't figured out how to stop the Velcro, used to attach it, from rubbing my arm. Nothing is perfect. The zipper is broken on this one, but I need it now and it's broken in a place where I can still use it. I just can't zip it up which is handy sometime.
