It was as advertised. I read the comments regarding the engineering issue but didn't find it to be a problem in my case. Very happy with it . Looks great and works as it should. I was very impressed with the packaging. So many things are damaged in shipping. The manufacturer went the extra mile to be sure it would arrive in the same condition as it was shipped. A wonderful unit!

I don't want to jeopardize my good luck, but this is a wonderful unit!! It was packed so well that getting the unit out of the box and packing was time-consuming, but reassured us that the manufacturer really cared about its product. You really need carpet/floor sliders to move the unit; go ahead and buy them if you don't have them already. We waited 48 hours to start the unit so the refrigerant would settle into place after shipping and unpacking; you should do the same to avoid any disappointments. Attaching the handles was easy, but it DOES require some bravery on your part to pull the door gasket away from the door to get to the screw holes--scarey!! It's VERY quiet and is cooling well so far; we'll check some temperatures over the next 48 hours to see how close the interior gets to the selected temp--wish us good luck!
