I've been wanting to refresh my living room decor without buying a whole new couch. My current 2-seater is on the firmer side and I was looking for something softer and fluffier on the surface of the couch. The plush, fuzzy texture would add a fluffy surface layer I was hoping for. The couch feels so much more inviting and comfy. It's also soft to the touch. Bonus: it's machine washable, which is a lifesaver. I have not had a chance to run this couch slipcover through the washer and dryer yet, so I can't speak to how well it holds up after washing or if it sheds over time. Only time will tell how this item will hold up for long-term durability. I got this slipcover while it was on sale for half off, and at that price I think it's a really good value. It's a worthwhile purchase, especially if you have any pets. It protects the furniture while adding comfort and a fresh look to the room.

I barely had it out of the package before my dog claim it. I was planning to wash it before I gave it to her. However, at the moment, I would have to take it away from her. So I will sneak it in the wash when she's on her walk. It's not long enough for my sofa, which works for me, because my dog prefers to lounge on the floor with her bed/blanket. This item is not as thick as her bed, but thicker than her blanket. Description of this product was accurate.
