This fits well. Thankfully, I already work out regularly, so I'm in decent shape. This shirt will not give you muscle, but it will enhance those you have. I do wish they would make these shirts with more NATURAL fibers, like linen, cotton, or silk, and not plastic fibers like polyester.

I'm a big believer in Compression wear to support healthy and dramatic weight loss. So I was delighted to add this new apparel to my daily gym routine. After gaining a too much weight last year, I am happy to don my North Alpine shirt and continue a weight loss and waist reduction regimen that has resulted in 20LBs in a about 6 weeks. Onward! I like the fact that it is true fit because it inspires me to look, feel, and be slender!
