Defected

Both Large Frames arrived with shattered plexiglass. No one answers when you call, I was placed on hold for an hour. I"™ve emailed no response. You try to submit a claim on the website and it doesn"™t even allow you to submit. I"™m out $ and have damaged product and am not happy with lack of customer response. Will not be shopping here again unless it is made right.

super cheap veneer

When I peeled the masking tape off (that was securing the wire & hanging brackets/hardware to the back of the frame), the frame veneer peeled off with it. UGH. Way too much money for something so cheaply made, and disappointing that a brand new product is ruined. :(
