Aodebiao Hammock Chair Swing, Heavy-Duty Hanging Rope Swing Seat Supports 500 Lbs, Ideal for Outdoor Patio, Backyard, Porch, Deck & Indoor Bedroom Use

I had ordered this item (Aodebiao Hammock Chair Swing) from this seller. The seller took my payment, shipped my item per the tracking, and it was marked as delivered a few days later, but the item was nowhere to be seen. In the same order, I ordered two other items from Walmart, and they arrived just fine, with a photo proof of my delivery. After waiting for a few business days as suggested by the process, I started the process of finding out what happened, and where my item is. I chatted with an agent on the Walmart.com website. He tried to reorder it without success. So a refund was processed yesterday (Wednesday), July 1st, 2026, instead. The refund was processed according to Walmart, but I haven't seen the credit back on my credit card yet. Overall, I think this is a BIG SCAM! Everything looks LEGIT, yet no products were ever sent or shipped. Refund process supposedly, yet no credit back on my account. Now, the seller has my payment info to do who knows what with it. I'm NOT the only one complaining about this seller either, and I've reported this seller to Walmart.com. The item is still listed on Walmart, so be warned and fyi everyone.
