Very easy to install and blocks out the sun

There is nothing "cellular" about this so I assume the seller used the word "cellular" for keyword spamming to get more people to see their ad accidentally. Great for when I want more complete darkness than just my vertical blinds alone provide. This only requires a few turns of your screw driver to easily install. We used a larger screw than came with this item because we screwed through the drywall into the stud. If screwing only into the drywall, then the screws that come with this are adequate. We wanted a more solid anchoring. They do come with the anchors if you need them to screw into just drywall. I did not measure this to go inside my window frame. I put it over my window, extending out about 3" on either side. That is why we see a little light emerging out the sides after installation. I also have a protruding marble window sill that makes the shade let in more light if I extend the shade past the window sill. As you can see by my pix, it's pretty good at not letting light in, given my particular window situation.. It's attractive and does the job and was easy to install. I think it was supposed to come with two little white hole plugs, but only one was in the box. We didn't end up using it anyway. You can see the two silver brackets if you look closely at the top in my pictures. Those don't show in the manufacturer's picture of the item. I'm very happy with this shade as it solved my problem of too much light coming in my window in the morning and waking me up.
