I picked up a piece from a local artist on an overseas trip. It did not fit standard frame sizes here at home, and the custom frame options available were limited and expensive. ArtToFrames to the rescue! I found the perfect frame for a third of the cost. I love it!

I have ordered more than a few frames from this company. The latest order of three frames arrived with the glass in one of them broken into three pieces. The shipping box was undamaged and I emailed them about getting the glass replaced ( the frame was not damaged). I received a reply that stated they would review the situation. A few days later I received a second email containing only a photo of the package on my porch with no explanation nor any further response. They will not return my emails. Unacceptable customer service. The fact that the shipping box was undamaged and the frame itself was undamaged and the other two frames and glass undamaged leads me to conclude that it was shipped this way. No offer to make it right even though their website says they will. There are other frame sellers and I will make use of them. I am done with ArtToFrames. Overpriced anyway and refuse to help when needed.
