Nice buttery flavor

My daughter is vegan, so I'm required to prepare her food using vegan ingredients. This is a favorite butter substitute. I use it for mashed potatoes. It's great on rolls or toast. I've used it in recipes, as well. Everything turned out fine. It's creamy with a nice buttery flavor.

Smooth, spreadable and it tastes fine. If you can't or don't use dairy, this is a nice substitute. Imloe it on vegetables, or spread on toast. I hadn't used it for baking, but I've heard it works well. I'm baking this week so I'll give it a try. It should work just like shortening.

We've been eating this for over 10 years and yesterday my husband offered up out of the blue: “I like this stuff, I can't tell it's not butter or margarine.” It spreads well and melts nice on toast, bakes well in cookies, tastes good and I like that it does NOT contain soy.
